Shipping and protective packing
Check your delivery PIN code before completing checkout. Serviceability and transport arrangements depend on the location and materials selected.
Packing shown before checkout
Full-size laminate sheets and boards require Flexiply protective packing. The current charge is Rs 1,200 once per eligible order, including a mixed order containing eligible sheets or boards. Edge banding and adhesive-only orders do not attract this sheet-packing charge. Genuine freight is shown separately; the packing charge is not charged per sheet.
Delivery availability and charges
The final checkout summary shows available delivery, its charge and the applicable estimate. A zero delivery charge does not remove an applicable protective packing charge. For locations not supported by online checkout, contact Decolam to discuss available transport or collection arrangements.
Receiving your order
Check the packaging and delivered items on arrival. Keep the order reference, packaging and clear photographs if damage, missing items or an incorrect product is noticed. Contact support promptly so we can investigate with the relevant team.
Timing and assistance
Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed arrival time. Contact support for dispatch updates or special access requirements before ordering. Please use the Returns page for product or delivery problems.
