Decolam.in is operated by RUTVI PANEL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Please review your product, variant and order summary before confirming an order.
Choose the correct material
Check the shade code, finish, thickness, size, unit and quantity. Images and approved room inspirations help with selection; screens, lighting and room renders can affect colour appearance. Request a physical sample or advice when an exact match is important.
Prices and order costs
The cart and checkout show the selected products and applicable charges. Full-size sheets and boards attract a compulsory Flexiply protective packing charge, currently Rs 1,200 once per eligible order. Accessory-only orders do not attract this sheet-packing charge. Delivery, tax treatment and any discount are shown in the final checkout summary.
Orders and payment
Availability, delivery serviceability and the available payment options are checked during checkout. Use the order reference for payment or fulfilment enquiries. Contact us promptly if you need to correct a confirmed order; changes depend on its processing status.
Product use and support
Use the product specifications, installation guidance and stated warranty for the selected material. Discuss project suitability with Decolam before installation if you are unsure. See Shipping and Returns for delivery and problem-reporting information.
