Decolam.in is an ecommerce and product information platform for interior surface products including laminates, acrylic laminates, louvers, panels, boards, edge binding, adhesives and related interior material solutions.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a valid contract under applicable law. If you are using the website on 3 behalf of a company, firm or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

We try to display accurate product names, colours, specifications, sizes, thicknesses, finishes, prices and images. However, product colours may slightly vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography and manufacturing batch differences.

Customers are advised to verify product suitability before purchase, especially for colour, texture, thickness, application area and installation requirements.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on Decolam.in are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on product settings shown at checkout. Final payable amount will be shown before order confirmation.

6. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after successful order placement and payment/COD confirmation, where applicable. Decolam.in reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, suspicious activity, delivery limitations or any other valid reason.<!-- p-->

7. Payments

We may support online payment, UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, Razorpay, Cashfree, COD or other approved payment methods. Online payments are handled by third-party payment gateways. Decolam.in is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI apps or network issues.

Product availability may change without notice. Some products may be available only on request, made-to-order, store pickup or limited delivery areas.

9. Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on location, stock availability, courier service, product size, transport limitations, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Installation

Unless specifically mentioned, product purchase does not include installation, carpenter service, fabrication, cutting, polishing or site work. Installation should be done by trained professionals as per product suitability and manufacturer/application guidelines.

11. Returns, Replacement and Cancellation

Return, replacement and cancellation requests are handled as per 4 Decolam.in’s return/shipping policy and product type. Certain products may not be eligible for return once cut, used, damaged, installed, customised, ordered specially or delivered in good condition.

Product warranty, if any, will be as provided by the product brand/ manufacturer or as specifically mentioned on the product page/invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, wrong installation, moisture damage, mishandling, cutting damage, chemical exposure, natural shade variation or normal wear and tear.

17. Force Majeure

Decolam.in will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, internet failures, server issues, war, fire, flood or supply chain disruption.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in 5 Mysuru, Karnataka.
